Jamie elected for a light, neutral palette as a way to break up the heavy quality of the rustic architectural elements already present in the space, giving way to the elegant feel that the client was after. The kitchen was designed to have an open concept with entertainment appeal. The space included a separate baking kitchen and wine room. The intent was to have an individual area for catering while guests could enjoy congregating in the open kitchen. J. Stoilis also designed a his-and-hers bathroom, massage room, spa, and outdoor entertaining kitchen complete with bar and fireplace.
